From October 2024, the short film director debut TRANSFORMATION by Marcel Barsotti will be released worldwide at various renowned annual festivals. In this dystopian elaborate AI-generated science fiction epic film, filmed in English, it’s about the story of the last Drakzuls, highly intelligent beings, who had to flee from their homeland, their planet destroyed by their enemies. They are searching for a new world. And they found it. Director Marcel Barsotti has been working on the elaborate script realisation for a long time, the 13-minute film epos was successfully completed in 2024. A national premiere in Germany as well as a European premiere abroad will take place in autumn 2024. Dates will be announced soon. Ten successful test screenings have already taken place in June in various cities. The film will be accompanied by a nationwide press campaign, with posters at festivals, reviews of the film and screenings at various international market places. Director Marcel Barsotti also wrote the music for the film, realised the sound design and editing. Various versions with subtitles in English, German and French are available. The first teasers & trailers for the film will be released worldwide in November 2024.
